Large gold hammered hoop and a small ribbed gold hoop are joined by an English silver and black filigree band.  Bottom hoop is 1" in diameter, earrings hangs at 2 1/2" from a lever-back clasp.  14kt gold plated, Old-World-Silver, lever-back clasp, imported from France.
