One of the best known bridal veil and headpiece collections: the Sara Gabriel Collection, offers a range of meticulously crafted bridal accessories that range from classic and sophisticated to whimsical and unique.
One of our favorite bridal hair accessories from Sara is Dolores. A beautiful rose connected to a crystal ornament by a double rhinestone chain. The flower is created from organza using an origami folding technique.
You’ve probably seen this piece on Sara’s site, as well as every other website that offers her line worn as a bridal headband.
However, there are so many more creative ways to wear this piece. We were so inspired by the creative styling done by Salon Kavi we had to share.
The model has a low bun in back with the origami flower placed at one side of the bun. The chain is woven over the top of the bun and stays in place on the side of her head by the support of thin braids. The crystal cluster comb is then placed on the side. Beautiful! Sparkle from the side to the back with a lovely look from the back.
We have two other favorite ways to wear this bridal hair accessory as well. One is to wear the flower and crystal cluster on each side of a bun and have the chains drape under the bun for a vintage flowing look. The other is to wear the flower and crystal cluster next to each other and wrap the chain around the bun for a clean and polished look.
The piece looks fabulous worn with a lace gown, as the model is wearing in the photo, and would look gorgeous with any soft flowing gown. A great way to add sparkle to flowers in your hair.
Hope we have provided new and fresh ideas for your wedding day.
